Bindu Ananta is a homage to the wonderful art of the legendary Artiste and Modernist Sayed Haider Raja. I have been fascinated with his paintings especially the Bindu Series. This inspired me to choreograph “Khuman-The Black Sun”in the year of 2001. Bindu Ananta explores the different interpretation of the Bindu though the traditions of Manipuri dance and music interspersed with Bharatnatyam by Rittick Bhattacharya.
